I’m trying to pair the Paulmann Globe Smart Home lightbulb with the Dirigera hub on the Ikea Home Smart App.
I go to Add something new – Lights and let it search for a light. The Paulmann lightbulb blinks a couple of times, but the App stays on „Looking for lights“ until it gives up.
Paulmann explicitly says that it’s compatible with Philips Hue and I read of people being able to pair it with Ikea’s Tradfri.
Anyone has been able to use it with Dirigera or have any tips on what to do?

Yes I’ve tried putting them really close to each other while pairing. No luck.
The lamp blinks, but the app doesn’t find it.

Hallo, ich habe das Leuchtmittel nicht zu Hause, aber Paulmann sagt selbst, dass dieses Leuchtmittel kompatibel mit Hue ist. Da Dirigera das gleiche Prinzip ist, sollte es auch damit funktionieren.
Hast du die Lampe mal wenige cm vom Hub entfernt installiert und dann den Suchvorgang gestartet?
